Delivery Information

Parcels with cheap cigarettes will be shipped today if they were ordered yesterday before 1pm. If you order after 1pm, your cigarettes will be shipped two business days later. If you placed your order on Friday after 1pm or during the weekend, your cigarettes will be shipped the following Tuesday. Delivery time begins once the parcel is shipped, not ordered. As cartons may be packed individually, each carton represents a parcel. All the parcels of each order are sent at the same time but may not reach destination together.

Age verification will be required upon receipt of goods.

Why tell a friend?
When you tell a friend using the feature on the website we keep track of who you’ve told. When any five people who you have told order from us, we’ll send you a free gift – 200 cigarettes or 5 pouches of tobacco. Why haven’t you got the brand that I want?
The answer is that we can only supply those brands available at our depots. However, in the interest of providing everyone with what they want, should you e-mail us the name of the brand you’d like then we’ll do our level best to locate a supply and send it your way...
